Single room near Edgbaston reservoir

My house is very close to Edgbaston Reservoir which is a great place for walking, running (parkrun) and cycling. It’s a convenient location to the city centre, various universities and the major hospitals.

The house is in a quiet culdesac and has a large living room, kitchen, garden and high speed broadband. The garage is good for bike storage. The large bathroom is shared. The room itself has recently been decorated and has ample storage and work space.

I work long hours but enjoy cycling, swimming, learning to play the piano (have headphones), and spending time with my partner who lives round the corner. We are easygoing and enjoy good conversation and food.

I have two friendly cats who stay mainly in the kitchen and outside.

The room would suit a mature student or professional with a structured work pattern.
