Friendly grad/professional lovely houseshare

Hello we are Callum, Hamaz and Ana, we have one room left in our friendly & lovely houseshare.
A bit about us. We are all in our 20s and are graduates. Callum is a maths teacher, Ana is Spanish and works as a teaching assistant and Hamaz is Moroccan as has come to the Uk to study business studies. We did not know each other before we arrived but we have enough in common to make it work and enough differences to make the houseshare interesting.
We are ideally looking for a like minded girl to join the houseshare. This will keep the household balanced with two girls, two boys.
The room available is on the ground floor. It has a wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers. There is also enough room in the window for a desk.
The houseshare is grad/professional. We have a cleaner every week, gardener in the summer months and a great maintenance team.
