Fun, friendly, professional/grad house

Hi we are Mo, Matt, Ezra and Issam. We have one room to offer when Issam moves out on 31st Oct. Room is £330 and bills are £140. Room is a modest double over looking garden. Room has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, wooden floor.
House has all mod cons- cleaner every week, gardener is summer months, 24 hour maintenance and good landlord. There fibre optic broadband so everything is pretty done for you.
As a household we are chilled out. We are in to going to the pub and playing music. Mo has been in the house for over 4 years and Ezra's been there over 3 years. We are a friendly fun household that's looking for someone girl or boy to fit in with us.
House is on bus route to University of Birmingham (20 mins) and 20 mins from town. We are 5 mins from Bearwood High Street and near parks and good restaurants.
