Friendly graduate house

Hi we are Mo, Matt and Ezra. We have one room to offer in our house available now. Room is £330 and bills are £140. The room is a modest double and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, wooden floor.

House has all mod cons- cleaner every week, gardener is summer months, 24 hour maintenance and good landlord. There is fibre optic broadband so everything is pretty done for you.

As a household we are chilled out. We are in to going to the pub and playing music. Mo has been in the house for over 4 years and Ezra's been there over 3 years. We are a friendly fun household that's looking for someone to fit in with us.
House is on bus route to University of Birmingham (20 mins) and 20 mins from town. We are 5 mins from Bearwood High Street and near parks and good restaurants.
