Room in apartment

I have a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a living room, located near Canon Hill Park. I am looking for someone to share the apartment with me starting from the beginning of March. The rent I pay is £1250, which includes water and electricity. The apartment is fully furnished with cooking appliances, a TV, a large living room, and a dining table. The area is quiet and beautiful, so there’s no need to say more.

You can move in directly without a security deposit. However, I kindly ask that you take care of the place, as I paid a deposit of £1400 to the office. I’m offering the room for £550. No deposit will be required from you, but the rent must be paid in advance. The minimum rental period is one month.

The apartment is conveniently located near the well-known Aldi supermarket and Canon Hill Park.

The room available has a bathroom opposite it. The other room is occupied and has its own private bathroom. There’s also a parking space, which we can discuss for a small fee. You will have your own key.

I am a Muslim male from Dubai, a medical student. Everyone is welcome, whether male or female. However, guests are not allowed.

Note: There are scaffolding works around the building, which may take up to three months to complete.
