Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I finished my studies. Your flatmate will be a PhD student at UoB, he is clean, tidy and, quiet. The same is expected and would be appreciated from you.
The flat is perfect for postgrads/young professionals, a short walk from UoB (15-20 mins walk, or 10 mins bus, gets you to centre of campus) and 10 mins walk to five ways station.
You would be taking over my tenancy so your contract will be with the landlord, the rest of the tenancy is 6 months but could be renewed if agreed by everyone. The landlord has been really helpful so far with any repairs/requests dealt with extremely quickly.
