Friendly young grad/professional houseshare

Hello we are Hamaz Ana and Hassan we have one room left in our friendly & lovely houseshare.
A bit about us. We are in our 20s and are graduates. Ana is Spanish and works as a teaching assistant and Hamaz is Moroccan as has come to the Uk to study business studies at Ulster University in Birmingham. Hassan is an Aston University graduate. We did not know each other before we arrived but we have enough in common to make it work and enough differences to make the houseshare interesting.
We are ideally looking for a like minded girl to join the houseshare. This will keep the household balanced with two girls, two boys.
The room is available at the back of the house overlooking the garden. The room has a wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers. The room is £260 bills £140 pcm and deposit £260
The houseshare is grad/professional. We have a cleaner every week, gardener in the summer months and a great maintenance team. We have fibre optic broadband with 450 speed.
