Sociable & musical houseshare

Hi we are Mo, Matt and Ezra. We have one room to offer in our house available now. Room is £260 and bills are £140.

The room is a modest double and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, wooden floor. Room is quiet, upstairs and over looks the back garden.

House has all mod cons- cleaner every week, gardener is summer months, 24 hour maintenance, fibre optic broadband and good landlord. Everything is pretty done for you, it's like a serviced apartment.

As a household we are chilled out. We are in to going to the pub and playing music. Mo has been in the house for over 5 years and Ezra's been there over 3 years. We are a friendly fun household that's looking for someone to fit in with us. We are happy to have male or female housemate but realise with three boys may more likely appeal to males.

House is on bus route to University of Birmingham (20 mins) and 20 mins from town. We are 5 mins from Bearwood High Street and near parks and good restaurants.
