We are Prajol, an accountant, Damien a nuclear engineer, Hannah working as a cricket coach at Edgbaston cricket ground, Matthew a teacher and Yasmeen, a business analyst. This spacious Georgian style house is near the city canals, bars. Outside work we enjoy exercise, sport, pizza and cocktails. We didn't know each other before we moved in but have become friends. We are a very positive group of people who chose a shared house to meet new people. After a hard day at work, there is always someone to spend time with should you choose to do so. If you require much needed downtime from the pressures of work, the rooms are spacious and the garden is surprisingly quiet and allows you to connect with nature despite being so close to the city. The garden is also perfect for summer entertaining and BBQs.

In the large living room there is a projector, great for sport. The kitchen is fully equipped with an adjoining dining room. The laundry area has 2 washing machines, dryer and hanging racks. Multiple wifi access points are dotted around the house so you will always have a reliable connection whichever room you choose.

The house is part of Gradcommunity - a network of 100 young grads and professionals in similar houses within walking distance. We have various WhatsApp groups from sport to parties allowing you to make connections with people in Gradcommunity with similar interests. You therefore have the chance to continue a university social life even though you are now working.

Letting agents are not used to market and manage the house, so you will have a personal connection with the landlord who owns the property which is unusual for the Birmingham rental market. Their availability includes outside of working hours to arrange appointments and answer queries you may have at a time to suit you.
