Young, friendly graduate houseshare

Hi we are Harjan, Maria, Tatenda and Patrick we are looking for one other housemate to replace Patrick when he moves out at the end of the month. Ideally a female housemate to keep the girl/boy ratio.
Harjan is an engineer and works in The Mailbox, Patrick works in retail in the BullRing Maria works in hospitality and Tatenda works at the University of Birmingham. We are looking for a like minded person to join us. Someone who wants to get to know their housemates but may want quiet time as well.
The house is fab and geared towards professionals and postgraduates. We have fibre optic broadband, a cleaner every other week and a gardener in the summer months.
Room is a double room upstairs over looking the garden.. There is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and there is enough room for a desk. Room is £300 bills £140 for everything.
House is 5 mins from Bearwood High Street, on main bus route to Birmingham University and town.
