Cosy 2-bed flat, near campus with UoB student

Hi! I‘m Amelia, a student in my 2nd year of Neuroscience at the Uni of Birmingham.
I‘m looking for a flatmate to join me (and my sweet hamster) in my 3rd year at uni! The room is currently taken until the end of June, but I’m now looking for someone to join me for the next year :)
Your room will have a single bed, desk and lots of storage space. You also have access to a shared bathroom, toilet room, lovely living/dining space and a separate kitchen.
Facilities inc. dishwasher, washing machine, oven, airfryer, TV and piano.
There’s also a garage near the flat for storage, which is where I store my bike.

The flat is located just north of campus, about a 10-15min walk from all the main buildings and sport centre. It‘s a very safe area compared to Selly Oak, and is a ground-floor flat so has a small patio and shared lawns.
There is a refundable deposit just to cover breakages.

I’m a very busy and active person, training regularly and competing for the uni in rowing. I also love dance and crafty activities. I don’t drink or go out much, but have no problems with a flatmate drinking, and I’m planning to be more social over the next year!
I would hope to become great friends, playing games, cooking and watching movies together :D And I’m very open to learning new skills/recipes from you too!
