Double room in the heart of Harborne/Edbaston

I am renting out a lovely double room in a two-bed traditional Victorian house in a prime location in Birmingham. The house has free parking, and is 20-min walk away from the University of Birmingham (Edgbaston campus). It is also 3-min walk from local M&S Food and a gastro pub as well as within a few min walk from the rest of shops on high street. There is a bus stop nearby.
You would be sharing the house with me, landlady, but I am in the house only about two nights per week max during term time. I live away during holidays.
I expect the tenant not to have loud parties and respect our neighbours.
