Rooms at The Metalworks through Homes for Students are always in high demand and currently this is the final one available.

I am looking for a student flatmate (any gender/nationality) to rent this room for the remaining academic year. Short-term lets are considered but will not be prioritised. Applicants must provide a guarantor and rent via Homes for students.

This room is ideal for those studying at the University of Birmingham due to its very close proximity to the University, but ANY student attending University is welcome to live here.
