I'm a doctor in Birmingham with 1 double bedroom remaining with plenty of storage available in my 3 bedroom house, available whilst I have to work away from Birmingham until September 2026.

Tenants would only pay rent + council tax + gas/electric.

There is driveway and additional street parking, a good size garden for outdoor relaxing and a garage for even more storage if needed.
The downstairs area has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a dining/seating area.
I've got a separate living room on the first floor with a big TV.
There are Philips Hue bulbs throughout and Taco smart heating, with tenants having access via the relevant apps.

BEDROOM ONE (see floor plan): This available bedroom on the top floor has a double bed with ottoman storage, chest of drawers, full wardrobe, bedside table, and a desk with a chair. This particular bedroom has a door lock with key. The bathroom is separate but just outside, is shared with another male tenant in the bedroom right opposite, and has a toilet, sink and shower over bath.

There is a reasonable size garden with outdoor patio, decking in the sunshine and convenient side-door access to the garage to get to stored stuff.

Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Birmingham Treatment Centre are close by. The city centre is a 10 minute drive away and Edgbaston Reservoir is a 10 minute walk away for some outdoor recreation.

The house is in a quiet area that has little passing traffic, with lots of young professionals and small families as neighbours. There is a Ring doorbell, Ring alarm and Ring security cameras covering the driveway and garden for security, with tenants having access to the app for controls.
