Double room near city Centre

I have a double room available in my house which is in a peaceful location, very near Edgbaston Reservoir, close to city Centre, various universities and hospitals. The room has ample storage space and a desk and chair will be provided. The room is south facing so lovely and bright.

You will have the use of a large living room, kitchen with dining table, a large shared bathroom, and high speed broadband. There is an additional separate toilet. The garage is good for bike storage if you have a bike.

I am friendly and easygoing but work long hours - my partner lives close by. I have two friendly cats - they reside in the kitchen and outside.

I have a single room to let too but just until June - date tbc.

If I’m not working, I like swimming, cycling, walking round the reservoir and learning to play the piano (have headphones) I listen to audiobooks and podcasts and enjoy cooking and sharing meals, especially with my partner.
