Student Accommodation – Ensuite Room

Hi! I’m a first-year university student looking for another student to take over my tenancy in student halls of residence for the rest of the academic year.
The flat is shared with 4 other students who are all really lovely, sociable, and easy to get along with — we’ve had a great dynamic and regularly chat and spend time together. The accommodation includes a shared kitchen and living space, with a TV provided, and private ensuite bedrooms.
The location is super convenient — just a 2-minute walk from campus, ideal for lectures and uni facilities.
I’ve had to leave university due to personal circumstances and plan to resume next year, so I’m mainly just looking for someone to take over the tenancy. Price is negotiable, and I’m very open to discussing this.
