Friendly graduate/professional houseshare

Hi we are Hassan, Lena, Jessica and Dharan,
We have large double bedroom available from Saturday 21st February when Lena moves out.
Bit about us. We are all young graduates in our 20s. Hassan went to Aston Uni and now works in HR. Lena is German and studying for her PhD at University of Birmingham. Dharan is from Sri Lanka and studying to be a solicitor at the University of Law. Jessica is a graduate who works in retail in the Bull Ring. We are all young friendly professionals who are graduates. We enjoy chatting with each other but understand people need their own space as well.
We are looking for someone who fits in with us. A young, friendly graduate. We are not looking to just fill the room.
Room is a large sized double with wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. Room rents at £350 and bills are £140 for everything. That's a total outlay of £490 therefore.
We have super fast fibre optic broadband, washer/dryer. Cleaner regularly, gardner in the summer months and dedicated maintenance team.
House is on main bus route into town (20mins) and direct bus route to University of Birmingham. House is 5 mins from Bearwood High Street. Near to local restaurants and parks.
