Ensuite in professional sociable houseshare

We have 2 rooms available in our 8 bed houseshare. The small double at £450 is available now and the other an ensuite at £590 is available on 21 April. Both rooms include bills. We're a mixed house- Shauna, Pip, Lindy, Alby, Arun, Edoardo and Tom.

Everyone's friendly and sociable, so we're looking for someone who's going to join our group and get involved.
The house is big enough that everyone has their own space. We mostly love having a yap in the kitchen, the odd film/games in the living room and occasionally going to gigs, walks, pub quizzes, birthday meals or drinks in/out. Three of our housemates are in a band together, so love a little jam.

We're part of the Gradcommunity houses so have a Whatsapp with the other houses in the area owned by our landlord.

Great bus links along the Hagley Road into the city centre.
