Looking for housemate for social house share

We are a friendly group of young professionals looking for a new housemate who wants to meet new people and live in a social house. We enjoy going out for drinks and gymming as well as chilling at home BBQing, watching films and reality tv together.
The house is in Edgbaston, with great bus links to the city centre and walking distance to Bearwood High St which has a range of shops, pubs and takeaways. It’s also a 30 min walk or 5 min drive/bus ride to Harborne. There is on-road parking outside the house, and we have a garden that is perfect for summer BBQs and gardening. The room is a double and is well furnished, with an additional private office/dressing room attached which is great for working from home. There are 2 bathrooms shared between us, a kitchen with 3 fridges, and living room with a TV, Xbox and Wii. We’re a fairly tidy and respectful bunch and manage to keep shared spaces pretty clean.

The room is available from 1st June and evenings are usually best for us to arrange viewings, please get in touch if you’d like to meet us and see the house or just want some more info!
