Newly decorated, furnished bedrooms in a large shared house are now available for immediate move-in. The house is an approximate 20 minute bus journey from Birmingham city centre and major university campuses.

There is a shared bathroom and kitchen with an additional separate downstairs toilet, shower room with basin and also a downstairs shower room. WiFi included.

All bills are included, includes WiFi.

A friendly house with quiet tenants, this property could be ideal for postgraduate or third year undergrads or those working nights for example.

Two ground floor bedrooms with a connecting door are available, ideal for two people and one of these could make a nice living room if desired. Alternatively, the landlord may lock the inner door so that the rooms can be separate for two individual tenants. This is open to discussion based on mutual preference.

Upstairs, there's another double room available.
