I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a Standard Ensuite room at Calthorpe Court, Birmingham for the 2026/27 academic year. The contract begins 12/09/2026, but you can move in earlier. The contract ends 17/07/27 (44 weeks), but can be extended. The deposit has already been paid. I am taking a study break and will no longer be needing this room. No council tax charges.

Large single bed with under the bed storage
One large chest of drawers
One large wardrobe
Study desk & chair
Plenty of storage space
Shared kitchen/living area with flatmates

This is a great option for anyone looking for student accommodation that's social, secure (there is security at all times and cctv) and close to campus. The room itself is booked for quiet living with 5 other girls in 2nd/3rd yr. It is good for dental students (15 mins walk to the dental hospital).
