Room in Duplex Apartment- Birmingham City Centre

Hiya,

I’m a professional working in marketing and am currently looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving back up North!

Flat is a 2-bed, 2-bath duplex in Birmingham city centre, located a few minutes walk from Broad street, and is close to local transport links (10 min walk from Five ways train station, 3 min walk from Edgbaston Village stop). There’s also a big Morissons a few minutes away which is handy!

Rent is £600 without bills, and in total with everything included (rent, council tax, energy, internet etc), it usually comes to around £890 p/m. There’s also a 🚙 available as a part of the tenancy.

The bedroom and bathroom available is the one downstairs as I have the one upstairs.

Move in date is end of September, but would ideally like to find someone by the end of August as this is when my current flatmate will be giving her notice.

I’m friendly, chill and pretty open minded, so would love to share with someone that’s on the same page

I like my alone time but also like being sociable and going to things like bars, brunches, wine nights etc. 🍷 so it would be nice to share with someone that’s similar in that way

I like binging shitty TV, gym, business, politics and LOVE music
