Spacious two bedroomed flat near Bearwood and in the same road as our grad houseshares. Perfect for someone is new to Birmingham who wants a quiet life at home but with the opportunity to meet up with like minded grads for social gatherings and sport etc.

Although I am advertising it on the basis of individual room and bills included, I'm pretty flexible about how we set things up. Happy to let the flat as a whole where two people take on the bills for a slightly reduced rate.... or perhaps you are new to the area, want a short term let whilst viewing our other places.., or perhaps you are keen to be the first person in and buddy up to find a perfect housemate. I'm open to all options.

There's off road parking in the road and the flat has decent wifi throughout.

Energy wise its fairly efficient for a Victorian conversion. EPC C. Council tax band A.
Convenient for shops, pubs in Bearwood, Gym, Aquatic Centre nearby. Good transport links to the city centre the QE and University of Birmingham.
