I viewed the room in person and completed the accommodation contract, but due to personal circumstances, I’m unfortunately unable to continue and am looking for a replacement tenant.

💷 Price: £165 per week (bills included)
📅 Contract: 44 weeks (£7,260 total)
🚪 Available from: 12 September 2026
🛒 Location: Right next to ALDI (about 5 minutes on foot)
🏫 UoB: ~30 minutes on foot / ~20 minutes by bus

The accommodation has a partnership with the University of Birmingham, so residents can participate in university events.

The location is very convenient for daily life, with supermarkets, transport links and other amenities nearby.
The private en-suite bathroom also provides extra privacy and comfort.
