Flat comprises of three double bedrooms, large lounge / dining area, kitchen and bathroom. Off road parking and garage space available.

The flat is close to two parks and the Midlands Arts Centre and is only a 15 min walk to Birmingham City centre and Moseley. There are two direct bus routes into the city centre with a very frequent service.

Room comprises of two double wardrobes, chest of draws, bed side draws, desk, chair and bed with new bed frame (not shown in pictures).

We are seeking a reliable young professional who is friendly and easy to get on with and is clean and tidy. No couples, students or pets please.

Bills not included. However, at present the bills are £97 a month each which includes electric, council tax, TV licence and broadband. Water is paid every quarter and is usually around £80 which is divided by three.
