Hi there

I'm James the Landlord and I have refurbished a large Victorian 5 Bedroomed house in Edgbaston. It has 5 double bedrooms.

I currently live and work in Northampton and only stay in the house once a month or so at weekends, but im looking to spend more time in Northampton.

The large double room available is on the 1st floor with 1 window looking out to the main road and kingsize bed, it has 2 built in wardrobes and desk and chair.

The house has a modern kitchen and bathroom with a huge shower and roll top bath, there are two reception rooms downstairs, one living room with new Vodafone Broadband.

My garden backs onto Edgbaston reservoir and on the other side is Summerfield park so its perfectly located for a good walk. Bus stops are 5 minutes walk down the road to take you into the town centre in 10 minutes, Hagley road is a 10 minute walk away for buses all over Birmingham. Parking is on the street outside and is not permit based so no need to worry.

I'm after some very tidy and clean tenants who will respect my house and all the hard work that has gone into it. Professionals only please, this is not a party house. Feel free to message me any questions you may have!
