Student room in a spacious house for a school year

Hi, we are three girls sharing a big house with a great garden. We are all working and not around much, so the house is mostly quiet.

The recently available room is on the first floor with windows to the garden.

We share one bathroom, and so far no problems as we work different shift patterns and there is one extra toilet downstairs.

Smoking inside is not allowed but is possible to smoke outside.

The connection to the city centre is great, 10min by car, 20min by bus or bike, there is space for a bicycle inside.

Viewing of the house can be arranged. While there is no deposit, a reference will be required.

We prefer a female flatmate as all the other flatmates are female. LGBTQ friendly. Contract until June 2025.
