Fun and friendly graduate house share

Hi we are Debs, Hannah, Ste and Mike. We are all young graduate professionals who were new to the City. We didn't know each other before we moved in but we all get on really well. We all went to different Universities, are from different parts of the country and have completely different careers. Debs is an art therapist, Hannah is an engineer, Mike works in fitness and Ste is a researcher based at Birmingham Uni. We have enough in common to make it work but enough differences to make it interesting.

We are looking ideally for a girl to move in as Hannah is relocating to train as a pilot. We are looking for someone who will fit in with us.
As we all work during the day we tend to stay in week nights. At the weekend some times we go out together. Our landlord also has two other houses on the same road that are run on the same basis. Also, our houses are part of the gradcommunity network which has over 100 young graduates. It's a great way to meet other like minded people.

We have a double room available from 7th Feb onwards. It's really nice room at the back on the house over looking the garden. The room is £250 and £85 for bills which is everything.

Our house is 5 mins from High Street and all the local shops. We are on the main bus route into town and the gym and swimming pool is 2 mins away.

The house is really well looked after. We have a great cleaning lady who comes every week. The garden is maintained in the Summer and we have a dedicated maintainance team. Also, we have high speed fibre optic broadband.
