Friendly, sociable graduate houseshare

Two rooms available in different graduate houseshares. Houseshares are on the same road and run on the same basis.

There is a small double room available sharing with Debs, Mike and Rachel. This room is a small double so would probably suit a boy rather than a girl. Debs is an art therapist, Rachel is a town planner and Mike is cardio physio.

There is a larger double room available just a short walk away. This room would suit either a girl or a boy. This house share consists of Boris. Amelia, Adele and Frances. Boris works in IT. Amelia works in recruitment, Adele is an optometrist and Frances works in retail. Amelia is moving out as she is moving in with a friend.

The small rooms is £200 pcm and the larger one £250. Bills are £85 pcm.

All houses have fibre optic broadband, a cleaner every week, Gardner in the summer months and a dedicated maintenance team. The standard and quality of accommodation is high.

The main point of the houseshares is sharing with like minded people. All housemates are graduates aged 23-30. Also, it's a great opportunity to make friends and broaden your social network. The landlord owns a number of houses. There is a Facebook group with all the graduates ( over100) who have regular parties, pub quizzes, football teams.
