Room is on 2nd floor. It is furnished with double bed, desk, dressing table, storage drawers, wardrobe, and shelves.
Shared areas:
- Shared bathroom on first floor including toilet, bath and shower, and sink.
- Ground floor second toilet and sink.
- Kitchen, with range cooker, microwave, and other cooking facilities, new kitchen units, washing machine, dishwasher.
- Dining room, with dining table, with lounge area having sofa seating, TV, and wood burning stove.
- Lawned garden, with outdoor table, great for the summer.
- Courtyard garden.
Bills included, subject to reasonable energy usage.
Central location, 25 minutes walk to New Street Station. Bus stop directly outside house for city centre.
You can keep things in the room during the weekend, but room may be used.
Students are council tax exempt and must provide certificate of exemption from their place of study.
Non student lodgers cause my council tax bill to increase by £30/month (Band D).
The reason for my preference is that i've had positive experiences living with females and it helps achieve a balance of individuals living in the property
