The house is wonderfully situated for access to Birmingham City Centre, with bus stops on your doorstep and regular buses running around the clock every day.

There are gyms, shops, pubs, restaurants and an Asda superstore nearby. On top of that, there's that beautiful park over the road with basketball courts, lots of greenery and table tennis.

All bills are included, inclusive of super fast broadband, so once your rent goes out at the beginning of the month all you need to get in is your food!
