I’m finishing a PhD at the university and own the flat. I work as a doctor with the occasional night shift. Would ideally suit someone working in the city centre/ post graduate student/ medic. Excellent transport links to A38/ M6. Easy commute into Birmingham city centre by foot (half an hour)/ bus/ car. Aldi next door. Cannon Hill park next door. You can walk to the university (Uni of Bham) in less than Half an hour.
No couples but don’t mind anyone staying over now and again. Bills not included but these come to around 40/month when split with me. Council tax not included in the rent but I do pay council tax so won’t be the full amount. I do have Netflix and broadband. Bike storage is available.
Parking is available on street but some restrictions apply. Spaces are available at an extra cost in the basement. I'm a non-smoker but don't mind sharing with a smoker as long as they smoke outside.
I've lived in the flat for several years and enjoy the location and surroundings. Neighbours are quiet. The only problem with the flat is you cannot see into the cricket ground! Room available from now. Message me to arrange a viewing/ chat.
