I'm looking for a housemate :)
I have a furnished double bedroom with a lovely view over the gardens available for rent. The house is spacious with:
-communal living room
-shared modern kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher)
-shared bathroom and an additional second WC
-garage
-parking space
The rent includes: council tax, gas, electricity, water and broadband.
The house is a few minutes walk from Cannon Hill Park, Aldi, Edgbaston Cricket Club and the MAC. It's also close to the University of Birmingham, dental hospital and Moseley with frequent, quick bus links into the city centre.
About me: I work in public health in Birmingham. I'm clean, friendly and considerate and am looking for a housemate who shares these qualities. It would be great to find someone to share a cup of tea and a Netflix binge with.
Short term or part week lets considered.
No smoking allowed in the house.
