We are please to offer this brand new affordable housing for those persons who are in need of supported accommodation .

You will need to be in receipt of UK GOVT benefits .

Very sorry we do not cater for working persons, holiday makers, or visitor to the UK, students or working professionals I'm afraid.

Only unemployed benefit claimants.

You MUST be in receipt of either Universal credit, JSA or ESA Income Support.

This accommodation is for single persons only we do not cater for couples or anyone with children.

You will be given support to help you back on your feet whatever your issues maybe ie, homelessness, depression, relationship breakdown, jobless, substance missuse or mental health issues.

You will be expected to engage with our support workers who will aid you back to independent living in your own accommodation.
