Our properties are for female tenants only. Located near the centre of Erdington, less than 6 minutes' walk from shops, public transport and entertainment. 10m bus into city centre.

This room has its own kitchenette and en-suit, with a shared main kitchen. Each private room in the house is fitted with a secure lock. Tenants need to be is receipt of benefits, eg. Universal Credit, PIP, ESA. Quality support is provided and properties are maintained to a high standard.

We can’t take pets sorry (maybe fish are ok 😁)
