This beautifully furnished space comes with a comfortable king-sized bed, two large wardrobes, a desk, and a chest of drawers. Additionally, you'll have exclusive access to your private shower and toilet, ensuring your comfort and privacy.
The house is well-equipped, featuring a fully functional kitchen with modern appliances. You’ll have your large fridge with a freezer, plus plenty of storage space for your kitchen essentials.
Our home also includes a cosy shared living room/guest room, perfect for relaxing or hosting friends. Outside, you'll find a stunning garden bursting with colourful flowers, complete with a garden swing, BBQ area, and a shed stocked with all the necessary tools.
We take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy environment. To ensure this, we follow a weekly cleaning schedule, with each housemate taking turns to clean the common areas.
We are seeking a responsible and considerate individual who values a calm, quiet, and well-maintained home.
Requirements: To be considered for this room, you must meet the criteria set by the Let Alliance reference company. This includes:
• Full-time permanent employment or self-employment (minimum of two tax returns required for self-employed applicants)
• An annual income of over £29,850
• No agency or temporary employment accepted
• No county court judgments or adverse credit records
All applicants will be required to provide three months of bank statements and wage slips to verify employment status.
Rent Details:
• Rent: £360 per month
• Deposit: £360
• Bills are not included and are split between the three housemates:
• Council Tax: £135
• EDF: £80-£140 (Spring/Summer) and £200-£400 (Autumn/Winter), depending on the weather
• Internet: £33
• Water: Around £300, paid once every six months
