I have a single room available in a clean and quiet house. The single bed is a storage bed and I have since had blinds put up too.
The main requirement is for someone who will be clean and tidy especially within communal areas.
This is a quiet household especially as the other person works from home. So we try to keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. Just to be considerate of people having different work patterns etc.
