Ideal for someone needing temporary accommodation in Birmingham between tenancies, for work, study, relocation or an extended visit.

Total cost for the entire stay: £400
Refundable security deposit: £200

The £200 security deposit is separate from the accommodation cost and is *fully refundable* at the end of the stay, subject to the room/property being returned in good condition and there being no outstanding amounts.

The room is available only for:

Check-out: Thursday 3 September 2026 by 9am

£400 total accommodation cost + £200 fully refundable security deposit.

The dates are fixed, so this would particularly suit someone who needs accommodation for most or all of this period.
