I have very large double room to rent in a modern, well maintained 3 bedroom house which is located in a quiet residential area.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a storage cupboard

The rent is £470 a month and this includes free broadband.
The Gas and Electricity are not included and will need to be topped up weekly by key meter.

The house is very well maintained and has a good heating system which makes it very cosy. There is a nice size garden with parking to the rear of the property.

The local shops and bus stops are both within walking distance and it a very short journey to the town centre.

The other tenant and myself are both friendly, respectful and hard working housemates so this makes the house a nice environment to live in.
