The house has great access to transport into the city and local shopping. The train and high street with Iceland, co op, tesco, B&M etc all a 6 - 10 min walk from the house.

Electric is on pay as you go , I pay the first £20pm and then you cover the rest that you use if required.

In the summer the front garden is private for chilling in and there a small back yard available if your a smoker.
