A bright and spacious double bedroom is available in our well-kept flat in a great location

We are a couple living in the property and looking to rent out our spare room. When we’re home, we’re usually present in the flat, but we also travel fairly often — so there will be periods where you may have the place to yourself.

In our spare time, we occasionally foster dogs and cats for short periods, so we’re ideally looking for someone who is an animal lover and comfortable around pets.
Move in out timelines can be discussed and arranged.

The room includes:

• Plenty of natural light

The flat:
• Clean, tidy, and relaxed atmosphere
• Shared kitchen and bathroom
• Close to local shops and transport links

We’re ideally looking for:
• A working professional
• Someone who works mainly outside the home (not full-time remote)
• Clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces
• Easygoing and considerate
• An animal lover, happy to share the space occasionally with foster pets
• Female preferred, but open to anyone who can comfortably afford the rent and keeps the flat clean and tidy.
