This is a furnished apartment and the kitchen area is fully kitted out with things like plates, cutlery, a microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, two cooker hobs etc. WIFI Broadband is included. The accommodation is a 'crash pad' and suitable for maybe a student or someone working away from home who is fed up of hotels but it is modern, cosy and secure. There is a seperate bathroom which is done to a very high standard but the rest is just one room although it does incorporate living, bedroom and kitchen areas. This was a new conversion last year and I did it to my high standards. It's got everything that you need with local shops nearby. The train station is a couple of minutes walk away and bus routes to Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Great Barr, NEC etc are very close as well as supermarkets and the high street. Absolutely ideal place. Council tax and all bills are included. The only thing you have to pay for is the rent of £375. 00.
