Single - In My Home Furnished

I have a nice single room in my home really nice house wifi sky use of .. im looking for a working person but would prefer some one woking here and gos home on weekends but not stuck on it. Its 5 mins from high st erdington all buses on door step to city and sutton the person im looking for must be clean and tidy at all times and respect my home im in my 50s now so dont want anyone whos young.
