Not a large house share as with most houses and not an agency managed house.

Max 2 lodgers and me, a live in landlady with own private quarters on top floor, providing a great balance for lodgers having a home within my 5 bed house . Have been letting my rooms since 2018.

Quite, chilled out house, the place to be if you’re not after a party house. Easy going housemates, respectful of personal space and quite home/life.

Looking for respectful individuals who are clean, tidy and can respect each others space as well as being friendly and easy going.

All Bills are included - Broadband, TV Licence, Council tax, Electricity, Gas and Water etc

Great location! Walking distance to Gravelly Hill and Erdington train station - 3 stops just 10 minutes to New St Station! Loads of buses into the city, or 8 minutes by car. The M6, J6 is 3 minutes away.

- 2mins walk to Birmingham outer circle bus route (11)
- Few local gyms and close to Sutton Park!

- Double bedrooms with loads of storage space inc storage beds, wardrobes, draws, desk if required

- Fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine plus your own cupboard space.

- South facing garden and patio area

- Garage space if needed for storage (not for regular access)

EXPECTATIONS - Anyone that can get along with others, looks after themselves, clean, tidy, sociable and respectful. Cleanliness and tidiness is essential, someone who respects another’s property.

House rules apply ensuring shared house expectations are clear from the outset and no issues arise between individuals. These rules are part of the contract and if they are not for you that’s absolutely fine.
