Female Professional/Student housemate wanted!

My house is clean and tidy and very welcoming. There is a double attic room, with clothes storage, full length mirror, desk & chair.
You are more than welcome to use the kitchen, lounge and dining room. Bathroom has a shower cubicle and separate bath, and is of course available during your stay.


There is broadband included and all bills.

There is a garden for when we have some sunshine!

My house is a 2 minute walk from Gravelly Hill train station, and 10 minute drive into the City Centre. I am situated just off J6 of the M6 so very accessible by road and rail links.
I have 1 cat, who will be kept out of your room on request.

I work full time and often at weekends too. I do have some friends who visit and a partner who stays occasionally, but I am pretty quiet and easy to live with. I do have a 5 month old baby, but she is quiet and now sleeping through the night!

I am ideally looking to rent the room during weeknights for the next 6 months.
