For rent is a king sized double room in a 2 bed mid-terrace property. The room would suit a couple well.

Based in Exhall it has easy access to the M6, ideal for commuting, as well as good access into Coventry and Nuneaton via car, bus or train (20 min walk to Bedworth station and 5 min walk to bus stop for Coventry/Nuneaton).

The room has a king sized bed and plenty of storage space in a wardrobe and built in cupboard. A desk is available downstairs if you like to work from home or I can get another one if you’d like one in the room.

There is a shared upstairs bathroom and an open plan living/dining/kitchen space. There is a small garden which is great for relaxing in when the weather is right. There is off street parking available out the front and a single garage if bike storage is required.
I am a design engineer at a local manufacturing company and enjoy rock climbing / running in my spare time. I spend the majority of my time at my partners house so you would have the house to yourself most of the time.
All bills, council tax etc is covered.
