Self contained, ground floor bedsit

We have a completely self contained annexe, suitable for a single occupant. Previous tenants have been police, fire and BHX airport staff, who need a place close to NEC and Airport when on shift. All Previous tenants have stayed a minimum 2 years with us!
Completely self contained, furnished, own parking space, large modern en suite bathroom. We have excellent WiFi and there is a tv in the room for you to access Netflix etc.
The room has a well equipped kitchen including washing machine.
Strictly non-smoking please.
We have dogs in the house, but noise is minimal: we are careful to keep our side of the house as quiet as possible for our tenant when they are home.
The room is annexed to our bungalow but is entirely self contained with a dedicated parking space and enclosed front door, with flower tubs (which we maintain)

Viewing is available by arrangement, I have more pictures and can arrange another video to be sent to you if required.
The location is safe, quiet and we have the benefit of cctv outside with automatic lights by the door.
I am usually home all day but I am only a message away if you need anything.
All bills are included.
