We have a completely self contained annexe, suitable for a single occupant. Previous tenants have been police, fire and pilots, who need a place close to NEC and BHX Airport when on shift. All Previous tenants have stayed a minimum 2 years with us!
Completely self contained, furnished, own parking space, large modern en suite bathroom.
The room has a well equipped kitchen including washing machine.
Strictly non-smoking.
We have dogs in the house, but noise is minimal, but they will react to the door bell, but all previous tenants have said that they don't hear them, we are careful to keep our side of the house as quiet as possible for our tenant when they are home.
Available mid March 2026, date to be confirmed after Christmas.
