Large Room For Single Occupancy

We would like to rent a room in my house. The house is 2 mins walk to many shops and Bus Stop. The house is clean and quite. The household is Asian and the occupants are non smokers and vegetarians. The rent includes Council Tax and other Bills. There is WiFi broadband for use. The kitchen and toilet is sharing. We are looking for a female student or professional who is quite, courteous, non smoker and vegetarian. We are offering the room at reduced rent as we are expecting the sharer to help us in the house with household chores. We will need references and deposit.
Travelling to the house from the Coventry University takes 10 minutes bus ride plus 5-7 minutes walk.
