The house is a detached property that has been done up. There are 3 large double bedrooms and one single and the tenants are quiet and helpful and they keep the house in good clean condition although the landlord has a cleaner usually once a week who cleans the communal areas.
The house has a kitchen diner and a separate utility. the use of the washing machine is once or at the most twice a week. The house is situated in a quiet and well sought after area.
Parking is off the road and there are bus stops about a min walk and the train station is about 7 mins walk.
There are two large fridge freezers in the kitchen and a dining table and a sofa. There is a TV in the room and there is a TV wall mounted in the kitchen. All costs are inclusive in rent and for two people sharing there is an added cost of £100 per week.
A new patio is currently being made and the garden is also being landscaped. The bed is 5' and bedding is supplied if required and there is a sliding door mirror cupboard, a tall chest of draws and bedside matching cabinets. The room would ideally suit a professional single or 2 persons sharing.
