Double Bedroom

I am renting out a double room in a beautiful, clean, modern, fully furnished house. There are 2 car park bays at front and a garage at the back (used as storage only). I am looking for a professional, clean, responsible, mature, agreeable adult (no families or couples). I am 55 year old female. A 54 years old male occupies the single room. I have a cat but wouldn't accept more pets. I do not smoke but don't mind if you do only not in the house. We split the bills 3 ways as they come. There is Wi-Fi. If you want to arrange viewing I am available Mon=Fri evenings after 6 and weekends. Council tax is band C. There is huge 24/7 supermarket at walking distance.
