HALF of 3 bedroom house, 1 mate only

You are getting half of a 3 bedroom house. The house is fully furnished. There are 2 car park bays at front and a garage at the back (used as storage only). It is a beautiful, clean, modern, house. I am looking for a professional, clean, responsible, mature, agreeable adult (no families or couples). I am 55 year old female. I have a cat but wouldn't accept more pets. I do not smoke but don't mind if you do only not in the house. We share bills 50/50 as they come. There is Wi-Fi. If you want to arrange viewing I am available evenings after 6 and weekends.
